By accessing or using our website and purchasing our Siamese kittens, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Deposit Agreements:

Reservation Process - When you make a deposit to reserve one of our kittens, you agree to the terms outlined in our Deposit Agreement. This agreement includes the deposit amount, refund policy, and any other relevant terms specific to the reservation process.

Deposit Refunds - Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Deposit Agreement. If you choose to cancel your reservation, your deposit may be forfeited or subject to a cancellation fee.

Purchase and Sale Agreement:

Purchase Process - When you purchase one of our kittens, you agree to the terms outlined in our Kitten Sales Agreement. This agreement includes the purchase price, payment schedule, health guarantee, and any other relevant terms specific to the sale of the kitten. Our kittens are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

Payment - Payment for the purchase of one of our kittens is due in full on the date stated on our Kitten Sales Agreement. We accept payment via bank transfer and cash.

Price - The price of our kittens is as stated on our website and is subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) but do not include shipping or delivery charges, which will be added to the total if they are required.

Health and Welfare:

Health Guarantee - We provide a health guarantee for our kittens, which is outlined in our Kitten Sales Agreement. This guarantee covers certain health conditions for a specified period after the purchase date.

Veterinary Care - Our kittens receive regular veterinary check-ups, vaccinations and are microchipped to ensure their health and well-being before they leave our premises.

Returns and Refunds:

Refund Policy - We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our kittens once they have been left our premises, unless they are found to have a pre-existing health condition covered by our health guarantee.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

Amendments:

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for changes.
